Meet Our Founder

Emma Schofield is the founder of LeaderX, and a former C-Suite Director of People, facilitator, speaker and executive coach. 

​

She’s spent over 25 years supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments, helping them create the conditions for high performance and lead well under pressure.

​

Her early fascination with people, psychology and behaviour became the foundation of her leadership philosophy: ​
